The extensive 25+ mile trail system winds through woodlands, marshes, and maritime forests connecting walkers and cyclists with nearby neighborhoods and access to downtown. 

Community Layout

The Codner's Ferry Park neighborhood is shaped roughly like a horseshoe with marsh on three sides.  It's quiet streets are draped with live oaks and spanish moss, and this section is flanked by a large pond as well as Bellinger Island.  A quick golf cart ride will take you to downtown Daniel Island's shopping and dining scene for breakfast at Blondie's Bagels, yoga class or a premier concert or tennis match at Credit One Stadium.
