Cochran Park

Daniel Island

Discover Cochran Park

Cochran Park is the westernmost neighborhood on the south side of Daniel Island.  Most homes are built on elevated, drive-under, foundations which create grand curb appeal and offer extensive storage underneath for yard equipment, cars, small boats, toys etc.  Additionally, most homes in Cochran Park were built on the marsh or with a view of the marsh on quiet cul-de-sacs.  Dunham Street was developed more recently and consists of larger, custom homes built in 2024-2025.
